Something Shifted.

Five weeks in. Something quietly changed.

👋Peter's Week

Workouts Are Fun Again

Can't tell you exactly when it happened. Somewhere around Week 4 into Week 5, training stopped feeling like punishment and started feeling like something I actually want to do.

Had a genuinely messy morning this week — business call, scheduling disaster, the kind of start that normally gives me an excuse to skip the session. Didn't skip it. Did half of it instead. Half is not zero.

Also settled the morning versus evening training debate once and for all. My answer won't surprise anyone who actually knows me.

💡One Better Choice

This Week's Challenge

One thing. That's it. Don't overthink it — just try this for the next seven days.

Tonight, before you go to sleep, lay out tomorrow's workout clothes. That's it. Just lay them out.

🧠What I Learned

You Can't Think Your Way Into Action

Half the people reading this are waiting until they feel ready. I've got news: the feeling comes after the action, not before.

Ready, fire, aim. Start, adjust, improve. The perfect plan you're still writing is less useful than the imperfect workout you just did.

Question of the Week

I Want to Hear From You

Are you a morning or an evening person — and does your current fitness routine actually match that?

Just hit Reply. Your email comes directly to me. I read every reply myself, even if I can't always respond personally.

You're not emailing a business. You're emailing me — Petr. I'll read it.

Six Videos This Week

A big week. Workouts, mornings, the cheese debate, and the most important message of the whole journey so far.

❤️ Closing Thoughts

Start before you're ready.
That's the only time you ever actually start.

See you next Sunday!
