The Emails Started Arriving.

Real people. Real messages. This is why I'm doing it.

The Messages Changed Everything

Week 4. Emails started coming in. Not a handful — a lot. People telling me their story. Some of them have been carrying weight for 20 years. Some of them tried everything. One bloke said he hadn't told anyone he was trying to change.

I didn't expect that. I thought I was posting videos for a small audience. Turns out there are a lot of people out there who needed someone to admit they weren't perfect first.

Cleared up a few things this week too — supplements, meal timing, the 'should I even bother' questions. Real answers, not the internet's answers.

💡One Better Choice

This Week's Challenge

One thing. That's it. Don't overthink it — just try this for the next seven days.

No eating after 7:30pm this week. Seven days. That's the whole challenge.

🧠What I Learned

People Don't Need More Information

The emails all have something in common. Nobody's writing to ask what to eat. They already know what to eat. They're writing because they need permission.

Permission to start messy. Permission to not be perfect. Permission to still have a life while they work on their health. That's what I'm trying to give. Not a diet plan — permission.

Question of the Week

I Want to Hear From You

What have you tried before that actually worked, even if only for a little while?

Just hit Reply. Your email comes directly to me. I read every reply myself, even if I can't always respond personally.

You're not emailing a business. You're emailing me — Petr. I'll read it.

🎥This Week's Videos

Emails, supplements, meal timing, and the only commitment you actually need to make. Pick one and watch it now.

❤️ Closing Thoughts

You don't need perfect conditions to start.
You just need seven days.

See you next Sunday!
