What This Poster Is About

This is the first tip Petr gives to anyone who asks him where to start. Not counting calories. Not a specific diet. Not an expensive supplement. Just this: shrink your eating window.

Most people eat across 14 to 16 hours of the day without realising it — coffee at 7am, something small before bed at 10pm. That gives your body almost no time to do anything except process food. The moment you tighten that window, a lot of things start to quietly shift on their own.

"It's not about starving yourself. It's about giving your body time to rest and recover." — Petr, Lose To Win

The Simple Version

Pick an 8-hour window where you'll eat all your meals. The example on the poster is 10am to 6pm — but the specific hours don't matter as much as being consistent. What matters is giving your body roughly 16 hours without food each day.

The Three Things on This Poster

  • Give your body 16 hours to rest and recover
  • Eat in an 8-hour window (example: 10am–6pm)
  • Don't overthink it. Just start.

That's it. No macro calculations. No meal prepping on Sundays. No banned foods. Just a consistent window, repeated daily. The body does the rest over time.

Petr has been using this approach as the foundation of every one of his own resets — including the one he's doing right now at 60, documented in real time. It works because it's simple enough to actually do.

How to Use This Poster

🖨️ Print It. Put It Up. Done.

1 Download the PNG above and print on A4 — any home printer works. Black & white is fine.
2 Stick it somewhere you'll see it every single day — fridge, pantry door, bathroom mirror, office wall.
3 Pick your eating window. Write it on the poster if it helps. Tell someone about it — accountability works.
4 If it helps someone else, print them one too. These are made to be shared.
